Payment

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Pricing

Products listed on our site and app will be sold at MRP unless Specified. Most of the product prices does not change on daily basis but few changes. Prices are final during the time of order, no additional charges collected or refunded during time of delivery.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before cut-off time by calling customer service in such cases we will refund payments within 7 working days if already paid by you for the order . If we suspect any fraud activities or transactions or not following our site terms, could lead to cancellation of orders.

Return and Refunds Items can be returned at the time of delivery if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product. Refund for the returned products will be added to wallet of JALOV which can be used for future Orders.Any extra charges incurred for redelivery shall be claimed from you in the event of non delivery because of mistake by you (wrong name, address or any other information).
